SECULAR PROGRESSIVES
When I think of the Secular/Progressives I think of the Pharisees, Moveon.org., the Communist Party, and Democrat Party.
The Secular/Progressives advocate many good programs. I believe they are motivated to gain power. Their technique is to promote “class warfare”. They pit the “haves” against the “have not”. They advocate that their programs are designed to help the poor.
Actually they propose the government do the responsibility of the churches. Government is the church of the Secular/Progressives. To achieve their goal of government control they propose to “tax the rich” to redistribute the wealth. They present a very attractive plan to the “have nots”. They present themselves as friends of the “have nots”. (In return for their votes.)
They propose to pay for their programs with higher taxes.
The churches are partly to blame for the success of the Secular/Progressives. The churches must step up and do more. The churches do a great work in helping the poor. When the government runs the welfare program, less than 25% of the money goes to the poor. Seventy-five percent of the funds are used for administrative cost and fraud. When the churches run the program, over 95% of the funds go to help the poor.
Church members pay for the church welfare programs with their tithes and offerings. Generally speaking, Secular/Progressives are usually not church members; therefore, they are willing for all to pay higher taxes. Remember, government is their church.
The goal of the Secular/Progressives is power.
We are having an election in 2008. The United States is about evenly divided. Do not be deceived. Vote.

Like a friend once told me, a person who wants to be a big shot politician probably shouldn't!
