White Castles do not taste like fast food hamburgers.
They were popular during our childhood and are still popular in the Chicago area. They are small, sprinkled with a few chopped onions and a dill pickle slice and add a little spicey mustard. They are called "sliders". Guess why? Dad and I always have to have some while visiting in "da Region".
Did you freeze any??, and bring some for us??
